Yes!  Our Hercules Sagemann and Magic Star lines are all 100% hard rubber, seamless combs. This excludes the SilkLineTM2.0 line, and the Roll Ka comb.

Although our products are built strong with a very high quality, they are susceptible to a breaking and/or stress point.  Our Proof of Quality page guarantees the quality of the combs to be free of *seams, burrs, and provide maximum hair protection from ripping or damaging the hair strands. This excludes the SilkLineTM2.0 lines, and the Roll Ka Comb. Seams are present on these combs.

Our Proof of Quality does not guarantee that the combs are unbreakable. Combs that are damaged from improper care, mishandling, excessive heat, or simply from being dropped, does not make us liable or at fault. It is not our responsibility to send a replacement.

ahhh, such a tricky question!  The answer for this question depends on so many factors.  So, let us ask you…

There are so many hair types, textures, and hair regimens that one bill doesn’t fit them all!  Our hotTips can help give some guidance on selecting a comb.   However, we know that might not suffice when you need an actual voice to hear your current needs and hair goals.  No worries, please feel free contact Client Services and a Representative will be more than happy to assist you. Please keep in mind, that our Representatives are not trained stylists and offer suggestions based on our extensive use of the tools.

You can track the status of your order by logging into My Account.

Sure!  Please follow these steps:

  1. If your first order has not shipped, place a second order for the additional item(s).
  2. Our system will flag your orders as duplicates from the same Buyer.
  3. We will combine both orders into one shipment.
  4. As a courtesy, we always refund the full amount of the shipping cost for the second order.  However, depending on the additional weight of the second order and the increased shipping cost, we will issue a partial refund.
  5. After placing your order, it’s a good idea to send us an email or call us directly just in case your second order arrives while we are processing your first order.

Yes!  All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation that tracks the time and date the USPS received the package from us and the time and date the USPS delivered your package.

Please note, this service is only available within the United States.  The USPS cannot confirm delivery confirmation for international order.s

Yes!  The moment your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the USPS for your specific shipment.

You may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what specific charges are applicable for each country.

Please note: hotCombs will not be held responsible for international shipments that are held or delayed at your country’s Customs or in the event of non delivery.

Delivery time varies based on your country’s Custom processing at the border. First Class International Tracking is only available in the US until it is exported.
