How, When, & Where
All orders are processed and shipped within two business days, Monday thru Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
USPS
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping provider. USPS was chosen as our primary shipping provider due to the very competitive rates they are able to offer us for our customers. Upon checkout, you will have the option to select First Class, Priority or Express mail.
UPS
Although USPS is our primary carrier, you also have the option to select UPS as you shipping provider upon checkout.
TRACKING
You can track your shipment by logging into My Account.
SHIPPING COSTS
In your Shopping Cart, click Calculate Shipping, fill in your shipping information and your shipping cost will be calculated. The calculated shipping will include the cost for USPS Delivery Confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At time of checkout, the cart will automatically calculate and determine the most cost effective method of shipping to your destination. A shipping and handling charge may apply. You may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what specific charges are applicable for each country.

APO SHIPPING
We do ship to APO addresses. All APO shipments are shipped via the US Postal Service.
P.O. BOX SHIPPING
We do ship to PO Boxes. Please note, all orders going to PO Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED
Once your order has shipped from our facility with the USPS, hotCombs is NOT responsible for your package if it is lost, stolen or damaged. All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation that tracks the time and date the USPS received the package from us and the time and date the USPS delivered your package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
Delivery confirmation is not available for international customers, however, we still recommend insuring your order.
Although the USPS has proven to be a reliable shipping provider, packages can become lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. It is rare that these situations occur, however, they may happen even after reaching your mailbox.
In the event that one of these occurrences happen, hotCombs will not replace the items. Once your package has left our facility with the USPS, it is their responsibility to handle all lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact your local USPS office to discuss your shipment issue.
***PLEASE NOTE, all items are thoroughly inspected after production and again prior to shipment for any damages or defects.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
We offer very reasonable shipping insurance rates for USPS shipments. Please take the time to safeguard your shipment against lost, stolen or damaged items. Shipping Insurance can be added to your cart before finalizing your order.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to refund the purchase amount less the shipping cost. You will receive an email notifying you that your shipment was returned to us and a refund was processed. If you would still like to purchase your items, you are welcome to place another order at hotcombs.net with a new or correct shipping address.
