The HS7370 Contour Comb is 9″ long and designed with a unique structure. It has a “double duty” job. The HS7370 Contour Comb gives “quick flip” mobility when parting, combing, and smoothing sections of hair during wet or dry styling.

I first bought this comb when visiting Berlin! I loved the fact that it was 2-sided and I didn’t have to switch combs to back-comb.
After months of searching beauty supply stores for a replacement, I was so happy to have found them on the HotCombs website.

im currently having a problem with breakage, however whenever i use this comb, no broken hairs are on the comb!! Its also two combs in one. In my opinion, this comb is worth every penny!

I use this comb along with the magic rake comb to detangle my texlaxed hair. I experienced very little breakage when completing a 3 comb smooth. This comb is excellent to use for roller setting as well. I love these combs so much that I threw all of my other combs away.

So I jump on the bandwagon and got a Seamless comb. I choose to try this comb 1st since it had 2 options and I was affraid the Jumbo Magic Comb might be too big for my hair. Well what a suprised to me I used it for the 1st time on slightly air dried hair and there was very little hair in the comb at all. Matter a fact I believe all the hairs that were in the comb were shead hairs. after my hair was dry I tried the brush again and it worked very smoothly. Absolutely NO hairs int he comb. The most impressive thing about this comb is after my initial wash…there are no hairs in the comb and I dont have any SSK which I started to have a big problem with (Do to not gettinf all the Shed hairs out). I really recommend this comb and I’ll be back real soon to invest in another comb!

First I have to say I am EXTREMELY lazy when it comes to reviewing products, all in all I believe this would be my 3rd review ever! I just had to because this is the BEST comb my hair has ever felt hands down.
1. Breakage = minimal. I have thick kinky hair (in a TWA0 that I have to comb everyday or I end up with tangles and knots and hair looking like straw, combing is a nightmare because I loose so much hair and end up with split, jagged ends. I received my HS7370 a couple of days ago and my hair is in loveee.. I still have breakage but like 5% of how much hair I use to loose. I mostly loose shed hair
2. Grip = the.bomb.dot.com! This baby is a pleasure to hold, no matter how much product I have it does not slip out of my hand or feel uncomfortable. Heck I barely notice I am holding a comb in product-laden hands
3. The comb has two sides and I use both sides on my kinky hair without extreme breakage… yes absolutely unbelievable! Buuuut I first use the wide tooth side to reduce tangles and bingo we in comb-breeze land

my hair always tangles in the teeth on the opposite side. I wish I had purchased a fine tooth comb to go along with the 1975, but I liked the idea of two combs in one.

I purchased this comb for steps 2 & 3 of my 3 step and I LOVE IT, so convenient, gentle on my hair and sturdy in construction. It’s excellent for my very thick apl Afro-textured hair, I will purchase again I never want to be without these combs!

I have had natural hair now for about 20 months. Since I’ve started to use this comb my hair always look healthy. I don’t have as may flyways as before which are broken pieces of hair from the wrong type of combs.

This comb is awesome! You can use it in the shower, right out of the shower, to evenly comb through styling products and then use the fine tooth side to separate hair for hot curlers and tease for a crown lift. Perfect!

I’ve had one of these combs for years and found they were hard to find when I needed a new one. SO glad to find them at hotCombs. I have shoulder length hair and the two-sided comb works great for me. I’d rather not use any other –

I love that this comb has two sides. I have long BSL (bra strap length) relaxed hair and this come in comes in handy when I’m styling my hair because I don’t have to reach for two different combs. Glad I decided to purchase.

Well, as I said on my blog, this comb only removes slightly more as I lose when I finger-detangle my 4b/relaxed [I’m transitioning, it’s about SL 4b and BSL including the bone-straight relaxed] hair.
I had very little to compare this to before I bought one a while ago and it broke [magically backstage when I was on stage during a play -_-]
Then I tried using my regular combs and a modified 7-row denman brush, they both ripped out *so much* hair that I just didn’t comb for the rest of the week/week and a half until the new one I ordered arrived.
I have broken teeth in some combs / had combs get stuck moving down my hair / lost tons of hair to detangling with a non-seamless comb, but this comb does none of those things. It’s even a different feeling if/when this comb gets stuck; it isn’t that my hair is too thick or it’s getting ripped out, it’s just that there’s a large tangle that I need to remove manually.
The comb arrived prompty both times, and I love the container it arrives in.
Lastly, I use this as steps 2 and 3, after my fingers, though I tend to skip step 3, and I use the small end for the comb chase method when I flat iron [which is a few times a year.]
tl;dr
Great detangling tool for curly [4b] or straight [1] hair. Fast shipping. Doesn’t break hair as much as other combs, hair doesn’t break it either! 5 stars.

Just received the comb in the mail – it’s awesome! Hardly any hair left in the comb and I can totally feel a difference when I run the comb through my hair. Only downside is that I wish it was a bit bigger in size, but other than that, it’s great.

I like the fact that this comb is a two in one product. I use the wide side for detangling and the fine tooth side when I’m flat ironing. It doesn’t catch my hair or cause any breakage. My only issue with this comb is that the opposite side sometimes catches my hair (it’s shoulder length) when I’m trying to detangle so I have to hold the fine tooth side when combing, instead of just holding the handle. But if you have shorter hair, then that should’nt be an issue. Other than that, I love it.

I had problems with my hair breaking when I first tried to use this comb. I spoke with Tasha, a company representative, and learned that I trying to comb out sections of hair that were much too large for the comb. Based on my hair type, Tasha suggested that I try parting my hair into much smaller sections for detangling. That made a HUGE difference in the amount of hair that broke off…hardly any now. The good news is I can now use the HS7370 for detangling. I just wish it had a tail for parting.

I bought this comb after reading about the 3C comb out process. I also wanted a comb that I could use for styling what’s left of my relaxed hair. This comb didn’t work for either scenario. I tried combing my damp hair the wide teeth after using the Magic Rake but there was too much breakage. I started combing at the tips then working my way up to the roots but there was still too much breakage. There was even worse breakage when I used it to comb my hair after it air dried. I’m not sure if the pointy teeth caused it to tug my hair more than the flat teeth of the Magic Rake. It could be that my hair is just too fragile at the line of demarcation right now to use this comb. Or, perhaps I need to use a comb with the widest teeth possible until I’m all natural again. For now, I’ll use the Magic Rake because I get very minimal breakage with that comb whether combing wet or dry hair .
